Our flexible pricing packages allow you to plan your out-turn costs for all waste removed from site, enabling you to control this important element of your budget.
The CCF Waste Manager will issue Clean Up notices on Sub Contractors for waste obstruction. The Subcontractor must clean up the obstruction in the designated time frame or face a charge for the CCF waste operatives clearing it.
Our on site waste operatives will also perform daily floor sweeps maintaining clean access / egress routes and staircases.
Removal
The removal process is simple: waste is deposited into our 660 litre wheeled bins located at convenient dropping zones on your sites. From this point on, we take responsibility for the waste, collecting and removing the bins and segregating the contents for re-use or recycling.
Recycling and transfer
Where possible we will segregate construction waste directly on site. If space restrictions do not permit this, we will transport the waste bins to our environment agency licensed waste transfer stations where it is handled safely and environmentally.
However we achieve it, our aim is to maximise recycling and minimise landfill.
Audit
Every time we remove waste from your sites, we create a full audit which is published on the BRE Smart Waste website. This measures our waste management performance. These clear audit trails ensure compliance with environmental legislation enabling you to fulfil your duties as a social responsible business.
