Since 1981 the Connolly Group has established a large data base of fully trained and qualified personnel nationwide.

All our site operatives are a minimum of CSCS carded and are directly employed by CCF.

Our construction operative recruitment team ensures every operative has the correct qualifications and licenses for the positions they are employed to do.

We are continually training our operatives in areas such as: CITB 5 day management, CPCS courses, First Aid, SITO training, NVQ's and City & Guilds.

When required, we can provide on site recruitment centres.

We will aim to only employ personnel that are local to the project. In doing so helping the local community and also reducing the sites “carbon foot print”.
